The "Super Triple Bottom" developed by the Institute for the first time in the world is a breakthrough bottom structure that maximizes bottom surface area and maximizes thermal conductivity and thermal efficiency by applying uneven structure. We have continued our research and developed a new "Super High 3ply bottom" that combines the instantaneous compression method with the super triple bottom. In particular, "KIM-TECH" bottom, which was introduced in 1994, introduced a new concept to complement the shortcomings of the existing floor structure. "KIM-TECH" floor is made by inserting copper wire or copper wire with high thermal conductivity to aluminum disc through instant compression method. It shows superior thermal conductivity and thermal efficiency compared to general aluminum disc, It has the advantage of preventing the destruction of nutrients caused by.
"KIM TECH" was patented in 1996, US Patent (Patent No. 5.564.590), Germany, France, UK, Italy, Japan and Australia. Korea's first ARC-SPRAY coating technology was developed and put into practical use in 1995 by CHEFLINE's research institute. The surface of the stainless steel is very smooth, which has the disadvantage that the coating liquid in the form of fine particles can not be stuck for a long period of time and is scratched or dropped off. Arc-spray (ARC-SPRAY) method is a method of strengthening the adhesion between the coating liquid and stainless steel by roughly treating the stainless steel surface in fine and dense form.
There are only a handful of companies in the world that have NON-STICK coatings that prevent ARC-SPRAY from sticking to food. CHEFLINE installs an ARC-SPRAY coating machine in its Yesan factory and coatings various cooking vessels including frying pans with its own manpower and technology. We produce various cookware using CLAD METAL developed by CHEFLINE research institute and export our products to the world market. Cladded metal, which is made by covering stainless steel with multiple layers of aluminum, has the advantage of being lighter and less corrosive than conventional stainless steel. In addition, both the bottom and side of the cooking vessel are 2ply-5ply structure, so the taste of the food is added. In addition to the cookware market, Closed Metal has been recognized for its abundant possibilities in automobile, high-speed railway railway and aircraft industry. Since 1994, CHEFLINE has been collaborating with Seoul National University Research Institute for the development and research of cladding metal. The following development programs are underway at CHEFLINE Development Lab.
